About Gavin

Gavin Hudgeons

Author of Krama Hatha Yoga, teacher, and owner of Studio84 Hot Yoga in Lakeway, Texas.

Gavin has practiced yoga for more than two decades. He graduated as valedictorian from Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in Thailand in 2015 and later completed more than 500 hours of advanced training with Tony Sanchez in the 84-posture system.

His teaching connects the foundational 26, intermediate 40, and Advanced 84 posture series. Through classes, posture clinics, and workshops, he helps students understand technique, refine familiar postures, and explore the next stage of their practice.

His book, Krama Hatha Yoga: A Progressive Practice Manual for the 26, 40, and 84 Posture Series, brings those sequences together in an illustrated reference for students and teachers.
