One Practice. Three Levels of Progression.
26 → 40 → 84
Krama Hatha Yoga is built around a simple idea: practice develops progressively. Each sequence prepares the body, mind, and skill set for what comes next.

If You Love Bikram Yoga , This Book Shows You Where the Practice Goes Next.
The familiar 26-posture sequence is the foundation of a much broader Hatha Yoga system.
Krama Hatha Yoga connects that foundation to the intermediate 40-posture sequence and the complete Advanced 84, showing how the practices relate as one progressive system.
For longtime Bikram and Original Hot Yoga practitioners, it offers a clear path beyond the beginning sequence while preserving the structure, discipline, repetition, and precision that make the practice so powerful.
A COMPLETE GUIDE TO THE 26→40→84 PROGRESSION
Krama Hatha Yoga brings the full system together with detailed illustrations, step-by-step execution, alignment requirements, common errors and corrections, and practice notes for every posture and breathing exercise.
It is designed not only for advanced practitioners, but for teachers and serious students who want to understand how the 26, 40, and 84 posture sequences fit together as one progressive Hatha Yoga practice.
The Most Complete Practice Manual for the Advanced 84-Posture Series
The Advanced 84 is rarely documented as a complete, practical system. Krama Hatha Yoga presents the full sequence in order, from pranayama and foundational standing work through Lotus, advanced backbending, arm balances, inversions, handstands, and final breathing.
Every posture and breathing exercise is individually illustrated and supported by detailed instructions, creating a comprehensive reference for learning, practicing, teaching, and preserving the Advanced 84.
Inside the Practice Manual
About the Author
Gavin Hudgeons is a longtime Hatha Yoga practitioner, teacher, and student of the 26, 40, and 84 posture traditions. He graduated as valedictorian from Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in Thailand in 2015 and later completed more than 500 hours of advanced training with Tony Sanchez in the 84-posture system.
Over more than two decades of practice, Gavin has taught classes, leads workshops, and continues to study the broader Hatha Yoga tradition from which these sequences developed. Krama Hatha Yoga grew from that experience and from a simple idea: a practice becomes more useful when students can see not only where to begin, but where the practice can lead.
Gavin is also the Owner of Studio84 Hot Yoga in Lakeway, Texas, and welcomes you to come practice with him.
